And then there were 34…

And then there were 34…

Word has come from the Nashville Predators that the roster now stands at 34.

David Poile announced that the Nashville Predators have assigned ten players to our good friends in Milwaukee.

Forwards
Hugh Jessiman
Ryan Maki
Ian McKenzie
Mark Santorelli

Defenseman
Robert Dietrich

Goaltenders
Chet Pickard
Jeremy Smith

Also noted on today’s release, was that defensemen Scott Ford, Mark Matheson and Russ Sinkewich were released from their Professional Tryout Agreements.  These players will head to Milwaukee on minor league contracts.

No surprises on this list, and I would expect this to be the only cuts this week.  The Predators will head to a team-building event in Ft. Campbell soon, and with a group of 34, should be an interesting time.
