There’s no NHL hockey because of the lockout. But that doesn’t mean you can’t still play the next best thing!
section303.com is giving away a copy of NHL 13 for either the PS3 or XBox 360, courtesy of EA Sports. If you can correctly answer a trivia question (and follow the directions below), you could win a copy of NHL 13 for the console of your choice.
Winner will be chosen at 5:00pm Central on Saturday, October 20, 2012. The contest will remain open until that time.
TRIVIA QUESTION
During the lockout, NHL Network has been airing a series called Vintage Games. This week, they aired the 6-3 Vancouver Canucks victory over the Los Angeles Kings on March 23, 1994. What made that game special? Wayne Gretzky broke the all-time goal scoring record in the second period with his 802nd career NHL goal. What two eventual Nashville Predators (both now retired) scored goals for the Canucks in that game?

As a matter of fact, if I’m not mistaking I believe Mr. Ronning was one of our leader scorers the first couple of years in Nashville. And Martin Gelinas, only had one season with us as a player where he spent most of his time on the lower lines. HOWEVER, before he went off to Calgary to become an assistant coach he was the Preds director of player development.
