Nashville Predators winger Ryan Jones has been claimed off waivers by the Edmonton Oilers, making the first Preds roster move on Deadline Day a one-sided one.
So, while Monday’s trade was officially Denis Grebeshkov to the Preds in exchange for a second round pick, it appears it has become Grebeshkov to the Preds and a second round pick and Ryan Jones to the Oilers in return.
